Pretty but poor craftsmanship

This ring is very pretty and sparkly in person, it looks expensive but after a accidentally dropped on my floor (wood floor not tiles or stone floors) a diamond fell out and when I tried to return it with the loose stone, the salesperson at the counter gave me such a hard time as if I was scamming them and keep doing the diamond testing….. I feel so disrespected, they sold me a poorly made jewelry and trying to make me look like I’m the bad person….. I probably would not buy anymore jewelry from Macy’s unless it super discounted.

Beautiful

This ring really stands out. The shine is brilliant. I had to clean my other rings because they were so dull in comparison.
