I received my package today opened the bag to find an empty box. After looking around I noticed the package was cut and taped. The ring was stolen out of the package I called Maceys filed a Cajun for a refund. The customer support person told me that they review my claim in 48 hrs I was not happy at all.

Unprofessional and unexceptible behavior
Total disaster, l purchase this items for two days speed shipping only to end up getting it two weeks and I had to make a lot of calls to Macy where all the rep was not on the same page of giving out information and after escalated it to more than five supervisor it was the same result they all said they were going to call me back with updates and 90 percent of the time they didn’t nice product but it was just a headache and horrible experience
Take a close look before buying
Nice but not great . Diamonds are smaller than expected first time I looked was not wearing glasses upon closer inspection was a smaller diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds or chips. Very nice but not what I was expecting.
Empty box was delivered
The ring was not delivered. On 12/09/25 after delivery delayed, empty box was delivered. I am very disappointed with what happened and still didn’t get any response.
Package arrived with empty ring box
I ordered this ring as a Christmas gift, but the package arrived tampered with and completely empty—only the ring box was inside. The exterior of the package had clear cut marks, had been retaped, and had an administrative sticker placed over the damaged area. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift, and the situation ended up affecting our entire holiday. What made the situation worse was the customer support team’s handling of the issue. They did not report the problem correctly, gave inconsistent information, and provided no clear path to resolution. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has undermined my confidence in ordering valuable items from Macy’s.
No delivery
Paid express, so called to enquire, only to be informed that the order hasn’t even processed. I got suspicious as I couldn’t track the order. Now they just cancelled the order while I was on the call to them. Received no email or ref number for cancellation. Chatted to several different agents, very frustrating. Why accept an order if you can’t fulfill. Terrible service. Ordered in advance for a special occasion:(
