Engagement ring fail

I'm very disappointed to say the least. I'm Sure the ring is Beautiful, but I couldn't tell you. I'm still waiting on it to show. Had a big Christmas Engagement planned to a new year engagement planned but with no ring to purpose niether happen. It's been almost a month, when it was supposed to be 2-3 days. Lol. Wish I had a better review. But unfortunately I've had nothing but disappointed and a bill for something I haven't received.

Still Don't Have the Ring

I'm completely disappointed with service from Macy's. We bought the ring in a size 5 which had to be ordered. When we went to pick up the ring they had ordered the wrong ring. It was reordered then 2 weeks later we were told it couldn't be done in a size 5. We showed them a Macy's ad saying it was available in size 5. That was 2 weeks ago and we're still waiting to see if we ever get the ring we ordered. Completely disappointed with the staff and lack of care. If there's anything that can be done on a corporate level that would be great as the sales staff and management staff at Macy's Sherman Oaks has been horrible.

Package was Empty Ring Stolen

I received my package today opened the bag to find an empty box. After looking around I noticed the package was cut and taped. The ring was stolen out of the package I called Maceys filed a Cajun for a refund. The customer support person told me that they review my claim in 48 hrs I was not happy at all.

Unprofessional and unexceptible behavior

Total disaster, l purchase this items for two days speed shipping only to end up getting it two weeks and I had to make a lot of calls to Macy where all the rep was not on the same page of giving out information and after escalated it to more than five supervisor it was the same result they all said they were going to call me back with updates and 90 percent of the time they didn’t nice product but it was just a headache and horrible experience
