Channels did not hold diamonds

Thought this ring was beautiful at first. However, after wearing it about 15 times over two months one of the diamonds fell out. I had purchased this ring because I thought that the channels would hold the diamonds in forever. Not so. Very disappointed. Will be returning ring.
