Disappointed!!

My son was super excited to see his all time favourite tow truck but after opening it and him playing with it 2 hours only, the hook got stuck. It doesn't go inside or come outside. The main attraction for choosing this tow truck was the hook only which stopped working. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Their is no way that we can even fix it.
