I ordered the watch online and it was delivered without it working. I brought in into Macys to have them fix it. There were no others like it in the US and if I returned without me paying for it, it would go in as inventory and then when it was done getting fixed it would go back to Macys to sell it. (In other words it was no longer my watch bc i wouldnt pay for repair that was sent to me broken) Salesperson recommended I return watch and rebuy(I'm assuming so he could get commission) purchase a warranty with 10% off so the battery would be covered. It seemed completely inconvenient, unethical and time consuming for a broken watch that was sold to me through online Macys
Sold to me broken
