Not Sold by Macys. Seller was difficult.

I bought 2 packs of 2 chairs. 3 were good and I liked them. The back was a bit short. One was broken. I found out that this was not sold by Macy's but a 3rd party seller. I could not exchange one chair. Nor could I exchange at all. I had to return two chairs and buy two new chairs. This also held the chairs I bought on my credit card, and I paid interest on them. Then I had to buy new ones on my credit card. The customer service was awful, not like Macy's normal customer service. I also risk another chair being broken in delivery. The 3 chairs that were not broken were fine, except the back was short.
