Towels were not high quality for the price. Delivery was slow, over a week delay from promise deliveey date

Diplomat 6 pc towels

One of the large bath towels came unraveled at the seams after the first wash. May I please have it replaced?

Unraveling after first wash.

I’m pretty bummed… They looked nice, correct color (a bit on the light side) After one wash, one of the larger towels started to unravel in the wash. Now they look cheap!
