Power nozzle for carpet

I bought this vaccum a year ago, everything was ok eventhoug it gets hot as soon aa you start and you need to change your hand, very hard to change tools, buttom is very hard that you need to push it and with your feet push down sonyou can remove the carpet nozzle, which now is broken the sad part is that I cant find the replacement!!!! Where can I ger a new nozzle for the carpet!!!

Hi Patricia Gonzall! The powered nozzle for your 360 Reach can be found here: http://bit.ly/29Kxorx. If the unit is becoming hot during use this can indicate a blockage in the filters. We want to help. Please rinse the filter from inside the dirt cup and allow it to air dry completely before using. Next pull out the red cyclone and wipe it clean with a dry rag or paper towel. Do not rinse. Please press the silver exhaust cover release button to access the exhaust filter. Rinse and allow it to air dry completely before using. For optimum performance we recommend emptying the dirt cup and dusting off the filters after each use.
