Does not hold up to normal wear/tear

I purchased these shoes for my daughter and less than 3 months later they are already absolutely destroyed (peeling off and soaking up water now). They do not hold up to the wear and tear that little kids put on shoes so I would recommend a different shoe, especially as a play shoe.
