Didn’t receive 2nd necklace

The necklace itself is very nice. The size is just right and it is good quality. Unfortunately I ordered two and only received one necklace although the invoice in the package stated two were ordered, only one was in the envelope. I connected Macy’s customer service several times and was referred to a third party seller. I sent multiple emails to the third party company and sent several photos as requested of the packaging and the one necklace that was received. I did not receive any information back on a refund or that the second necklace would be sent. I received the one necklace approximately two weeks ago and contacted Macy’s immediately. At this point I don’t believe I’ll get and updates. If I do, I’ll update my review.
