The Hyperspeed Series includes a fleet of vehicles inspired by the vehicles and spacecraft from Disney and Pixar's Lightyear. These toys represent cool spaceships, ground vehicles and pods, including Buzz Lightyear's speedy XL rocket ships and each comes with a small character figure to pilot the way to adventure. The vehicles are approximately 6 inches long with fold out landing gear! The figures are approximately 1.5 inches tall with movable joints to let them to sit in the cockpit. The series includes vehicles and figures of both heroes and foes, for recreating Lightyear storylines and simulating exciting battle play! The vehicles include movie-accurate decoration and detail. Fans will want to collect all the vehicles to complete the fleet to create thrilling Lightyear displays. Each vehicle and figure combination is sold separately and subject to availability.¿

Extraterrestrial fun

These pods were a great addition to our Lightyear toy collection. They include mini figures that can be encapsulated and blast off with their imaginations. Both pods open differently allowing for more play options including crashing down.

Space Travel Pod

Great for a kid who is looking to create their own space adventures. The Pods open up and the Zyclops goes inside. When the pod is closed it reminds me of a rocket ready for blast off. This was good to play with the Buzz Lightyear figure.

Fun size

My son really enjoyed playing with these, he liked the part about them that opens and closes and reveals the figurines. He also enjoyed there were two identical toys , he liked pretending to have them battle.

Disney Pixar Lightyear Zyclops & Pods

As a Disney Lightyear fan; I am glad Mattel came out with these figures. They a are very good quality and I like all the movable parts. I like that this set has pods you can add to the figures; that makes it fun.

Very detailed and easy for little hands to hold

The figures are the perfect size for little hands unlike some figurines that toddlers might have a hard time running around with as mine does. They are very sturdy and easy for little hands to hold. The attention to detail is impressive.

Disney Pixar Lightyear Hyperspeed Series Zyclops

Disney Pixar Lightyear Hyperspeed Series Zyclops & Pods are a great toy and kept my boys interest. The boys loved dropping the pods on the ground to open. The other pod had to be opened by hand. They loved putting the Zyclops in the pods. Well made and recommend for children 5 and older.

Great for Lightyear Fans

My 3 1/2 yr old received this for free and played with it for a very short time. He is not a big lightyear fan, so he didn’t understand why the zyclops did not have heads! He was intrigued with the pod and putting the zyclop in it. However, he lost many of the pieces in our house. It would be nice if this cam with a case to keep all the parts together.

Super cute!

These are super cute and my son was excited to play with them! One of them is “new” and will open when you drop it on the floor, which it cool. Sometimes one of the sides stays up. The other is “old” and has scratches and does not open on it’s own when dropped. We haven’t seen the movie yet to know if there’s a reason one is broken, but it would have been nice if they both had this cool opening feature. And they still could have a new and old look to them.
