I truly like the necklace. I ordered and returned until I found the ones I wanted. I am truly disappointed in the professionalism of Macy’s as a company. I used to work for Macy’s and at that time the company was quality. When one item arrived the chain was so knotted and in a plastic bag, tacky!!!!! Had to return it and reorder it. Then 6 more arrive in zip loc baggies and Star Wars boxes for earrings not necklaces, again tacky!!!! I again had to go back to the store and ask for boxes to give my daughters and granddaughters their gifts that would be packaged appropriately. Companies please treat people better if you wish us to shop with you.
