Wrong item

After ordering a DKNY backpack and duffel bag from Macy's online, I received the correct backpack but the wrong duffel bag. When I reached out to customer service about this issue, they informed me that I needed to return the incorrect bag in order to exchange it for the correct one. I needed this duffel bag two weeks ago for a trip my daughter-in-law was on, but she was unable to take it with her. The Macy's representative assured me that I would receive the new bag within a week, which would have been perfect for my daughter-in-law's next trip. However, Macy's continues to send me delay notifications, stating that my bag will not arrive until after her next trip! This is ridiculous! Where is the zero-star rating I can choose from?
