Thin and scratchy

This is not thick enough to be sweatshirt; it's just a medium weight top. I have a number of tops in this brand, and this one isn't DKNY quality. Also, it is scratchy inside, not soft like a sweatshirt should be. It is true to size. I'm returning it.
