Second order with no pants

I ordered the suit for the second time and in both deliveries, the suit arrived with no pants. According to the Product Features, pants are part of the order. Can someone please rectify this order?

Do not buy.

Although the picture shows a suit, and states it is a suit, you will only receive the coat. The coat tag says it is one of two pieces but it is not.
