Nice design but material is too stiff

Nice design, but I wish this bag would come in pebble leather, as it this saffiano leather is too stiff for this style of bag. Also silver hardware would be more classy than gold. Gold hardware looks flashy, silver is stylish and way more classy.

Large depth makes too bulky

Large depth makes too bulky, especially for a petite person. The height and width are great. Had to return. Very nice purse otherwise.

Terrible purchase. Waste of resources! Zero stars

I'm giving this handbag One Star because there is no option for Zero Star! I purchased this bag less than 3 weeks ago. This handbag arrived, squashed & completely bent out of shape. It has a very strong greasy smell which is still lingering despite leaving it out to air. Till date the shape is still not as the online picture.  This handbag material isn't close to even being leather. Despite the description on Macy's website. It is clearly PVC. The actual product looks nothing like the picture. The actual product looks & feels like a very cheap knock-off. Terrible purchase. Waste of resources!  DKNY bags are getting poorer in quality everyday.  Very very disappointed about this! What Macy's can do better is to remove the product from their website & in-store

You'll Love this Purse

This purse is the perfect size; not too big and not too small! It has one outside zippered pocket for little things I want to quickly find, like a pen. Inside it has 3 separate areas for a wallet or glasses or the usual stuff along with a small, zippered section on one side and 2 small slots on the other for lipstick/gloss and such. I haven't had it that long, but it seems to be holding up very well and hasn't encountered any marks or scratches. Definitely worth the price, especially if you can get it while on sale.
