Ordering was very easy and shipping to me was even easier. It arrived within the time it was promised. It is always a pleasure to do business at Macy's. I wish I could have afforded the same handbag in black. The merchandise is excellent. My son and I both worked for Macy's and, when I go shopping, this is always my first "go to" store!

Not shoulder friendly.

The handles were uneven and it was hard to keep on my shoulder. The bag is too small for any laptop. Only a tablet fits.
