Pretty blouse but boat neck too wide

Pretty color and comfortable fabric. Got the XL to get the relaxed fit on the model. I did find the boat neck to be too wide, which would require bra straps to be continually adjusted or anchored to the blouse. The seam from the edge of the boat neck to the top of the sleeve is only an inch and a half on the XL--looks pretty narrow on the model as well. Maybe sizing down would solve the problem. May return.
