LOOKS JUST AS PICTURED

NEEDED A MEDIUM/SMALL BLACK BAG WITH SILVER HARDWARE--SO HARD TO FIND SINCE MOST HAVE GOLD. HOWEVER.....THE ZIPPER STICKS REALLY BAD ON ONE SIDE WHEN CLOSING. OTHERWISE SATISFIED WITH THIS BAG

Just Couldn't Break It In

This purse is SO stiff. You really can't wear it crossbody. The strap isn't quit long enough and the bag is so boxy and stiff it's like wearing a cinder block on your hip. I like to slip my phone and keys in the front, but because the center section is not attached to the bottom of the bag, the keys slip to the back sometimes so I cant find then quickly, and the phone slips under the center section and is a pain to get out. I used a coupon and my Thanks for Sharing on this bag, making a return a pain. I gave it to my daughter, and she seems fine with it.

Broken

The zipper worked the first week now it gets stuck and back this goes to store

Straps were no good

I loved the look and the size of the bag but there were too many times ,while traveling to and from work, the strap will unlock and my stuff will fall out. The hoops for the locks should of been on the side of the bag and not inside the bag.

This bag is gorgeous, I'm in love with it. I received mine with tan inside too but you can easily exchange it at any store.

Beautiful bag

I love the bag, inside color is not red which was disappointing. the zipper was not working so ordered to replace it

Disappointed

I liked the style and size of this bag, but the surface of the bag appears very thin, stiff, and dull. The description stated it is saffiano leather, but it is hard to tell because there is no texture to it-and it does not feel like leather. A product card inside stated something about the outer "material" -there is no indication on or in the bag that refers to the use and care of this "leather" bag-it just feels cheap. It does feel durable, but so do a lot of other bags that cost much less.
