Poor sewing

May 8, 2024 I bought DKNY children's sandals, the child wore them four times and the clasp on the strap started to fall off. I don't think it's normal for the shoes to get damaged after such a short period of use. It seems that underneath there is a weak factory sewing of the clasp to the belt. I was tring to contact costomer service but I didn’t get any response. Finally I was lucky to chat with someone from customer service via live chat, but was told that I can’t do anything about that problem and I am not entitled to a refund or exchange. The shoes itself are nice but poorly made. I am not recomending.

will never order from macys again

the item was never shipped they said somethin went wrong at the warehouse so i canceled the order they said i would be refunded and the order says refunded but i still have not got my refund
