Third DKNY dress returned

it was a very beautiful dress. flattering. although the V-Neck is way too low. I still fit in my other old size 2 dresses but for some reason this is the third DKNY V-neck dress i tried that is tight and small so third DKNY dress I had to return. For reference, I am 4ft 10in and 112 lbs.
