Defective merchandise

I bought the coat in March 2024. I wore it for the first time this week. To my surprise, the first button near the neck was missing. I do not wish to return the product. I would like that the defect be repaired or be replaced with another coat of the same brand and design.

Great winter coat

Coat is beautiful. With winter layers on, underneath it, this coat is toasty warm. Hood blocks NY’s brisk winds. I’m 5’5”, and it me about four inches below my knees. I like the warm knit cuffs which is a feature that is necessary to keep windy air from going up your sleeve. I bought the light color because it’s more flattering. I weigh 165 with 42” inch hips and 34C bra size. A medium gives me more than enough room. It does run a little big. The drawbacks to this coat is that the stitching for the zipper came loose within two months, so I had the tailor reinforce and repair it. The length of the coat when herring in and out the car causes this problem. And, the stitches inside the sleeve where the knit cuff meets the thin lining tore as well That should not have happened. The one suggestion I have for any coat manufacturer is to have a warm fabric on the inner collar. Otherwise, the fabric is cool on your chin, requiring a scarf. For the money(on sale) a, warm, yet flattering coat.

Acceptable

This coat is merely acceptable. The sleeves run a bit short; it clearly does not keep one warm down to the 5 degrees it advertises, but barely down to 30 degrees F. The hood fits nicely and the overall length of the coat is fine. I like the inner zippered jacket front. It was fine for a discounted purchase, but NOT worth the full price attached.

The quality is great but this is perfect for those countries or states that the arctic fronts are the norm.
