Product experience

The product lining is unfinished without quality. There are pockets and zippers issue due to lining garment un-properly attached. The termination on the cuffs and zippers are unacceptable for the Brand. The finished band of fabric at the end of the sleeves does not match accordingly with the product.

Weird design

Looked better on model. In person, inner vest zip up too short and looked awkward if left open to view. Returned this item. Very warm coat however.

Did not arrive

Item says it arrived and it didn't. I ordered this over a month ago. I'm not going to do business with macys anymore if they can't stop screwing over myself and my family every time we order from them. Macys also continuously refuses to give us refunds. This was supposed to be a Xmas gift. 0 stars

Stylish

Took it to my trip to the Midwest. It was 3 degrees and windy. It was OKAY, but not meant for freezing weather like that. I think it’s fine to go to and from the car, and its very stylish and looks great. Good, deep pockets for hats and gloves. Love the double zipper feature
