I picked up my shoes today and went home to try them on. Unfortunately, my thumb was cut by a piece of glass on the side of my shoe. I’m not sure why the glass was stuck on the side of the shoe, considering they are supposed to be brand new. If a Macy’s representative could reach out to me, that would be great.
