Disappointed

Watch was NOT keeping time. I returned it, and, NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND! Over a month I've been waiting, now Macy's is acting like they never received the return. Shame on you Macy's, a terrible way to treat a customer who has spent a LOT of money at your store!!!!
