love the changeable rings

another reviewer said the rings couldn’t be changed but I just got this watch … and they can. the knob that you use to set the time needs to be pulled out first. beautiful watch.

Such a disappointment, cannot replace watch face

This watch looks beautiful but has one major flaw - you cannot change out the watch faces that come with it. I’ve taken it to a jeweler who said it’s not possible. There are no instructions with the watch that explain how to do this. I have contacted DKNY who passed me around and ultimately said they cannot help me. I guess there is no choice but to return. What a disappointment. I will never buy another accessory from DKNY.
