Not happy

The dress is a nice color and flattering lines but the shoulders are huge. What makes designers think that because we order a larger size for our chest and hips we have shoulders like football players. Also shame on Macy’s for throwing by this lovely dress into a shipping bag without any other packaging. Awful presentation. Bloomingdale’s ships dressy dresses boxed.
