Wrong Item Shipped 2X

The item shipped was different from what was pictured and ordered. The rep I spoke to about the error was professional and reordered the item however, the second shipment was also the same incorrect item.

INCORRECT PANTS ILLUSTRATED ON THE WEBSITE

Unfortunately, the high-rise sueded pants I ordered were not the pants I received. The pants sent had a thin waistband, no belt loops and were not pleated as the ones illustrated on the website. I returned them and Justin, the customer service associate, was very apologetic that he offered to reorder the pants with an additional 25% discount and a three-day FedEx delivery. When I received the second delivery, I was again very disappointed that the same pants, as described above, were sent. Clearly, the incorrect pants are illustrated on the website.

The pants that I received are totally different from what is pictured here. They have two side splits on each leg.

Small

Pants don’t look like on the picture. Very thin fabric and too tight in a waist. I have other pants from this brand size 2 that fit perfectly, this pair is too tight. Going to return.
