Logo Too Present

Wrong item and impossible customer service

Not only did I receive the wrong item, it was impossible to make an Alex change despite 4 phone calls to include a different reason why. So I had to drive to my nearest Macy's (an hour away) to have a cashier tell me that the item that was incorrectly sent to me made no sense when it clearly was not the shirt in the picture. By the time we went through all the process of attempting an exchange the shirt was no longer available in my size. I hate that they use people overseas. Three days of my life wasted trying to get a shirt I really wanted. Zero stars for me!
