Returned

It is a beautiful dress, love the colors, fabric and style and especially the sleeve length. However, the details say it ties at the waist. It does not tie at the waist. It ties above the waist which I do not like and is not attractive. For that reason, I had to return it. I had planned to wear it to a wedding.
