I wear a regular size 16 or plus size 0 or 1X. I bought this dress online in a regular women's 16. The dress fit well on the bottom, but the top was too big. The sleeves wouldn't stay on my shoulders. I considered it an odd fit and back it went.

Quality of fabric is very poor for the price. You are definitely paying for the name on the label.
