MACYS sent me a used pair of shoes

Great shoes however MACYS sent me a used pair of shoes the had a scuff on the top and multiple scuffs on the bottom where they had been worn outside. I cleaned the tops off no problem but the rubber is scuffed on the bottom which is annoying as I paid for new shoes not gently worn shoes. I would like a partial refund or send me a new pair.

These Dockers are a size 10, medium color, brown, stay tied while wearing and are very comfortable. True to size fit, very happy with this selection of shoe.

Great fitting dancing shoes

Right size, light weight, great fit especially paired with a navy blue suit and a brown belt that suits the shoes. Although I thought they would be heavy but it turned out to be great.
