Did not receive offer as described

I love the shoes. Unfortunately, I was offered a 25% discount for future purchase if I picked up in store. I made arrangements and picked up in store, but did not receive anything showing I get a discount on future purchase. If I'd have known that, I would have just waited for the item to be shipped because it would have been free.
