Nice blouse but very bad cut

blouse doesn't drape well because lining is strait from neck to hips (without any darts for breast). looks beautiful in the picture. In fact, the fit is poor the neck line awful and lining too tight in chest, not a comfortable fit. I'm 5,2 and 145 (36C) purchased my usual size M. If i to purchase L it would be too big in arm opening.
