Disappointed

I purchased this dress hoping to wear it on Christmas but the fabric feels very cheap. The fit was strange, it is made to fit a TALL woman. I am 5'3, 130 lbs, I ordered a size 8. It fit down to my calves although it fit through the shoulders. Disappointed.
