If I could give 0 stars to macy's customer service

You charged my credit card 2 weeks ago, but UPS still not in possession of the item. I contacted customer service and she told me wait till tomorrow. You charged me for the item that was never shipped and you don't want to give me refund 2 weeks later. The customer representative was no help. She told me to wait till tomorrow. It was never shipped, but one more day will change???? Consumers think twice before buying from macy's.

Nice but…

A nice bra overall but I agree with the review that says the band runs small. The bra is supportive and covers about half way. The band is definitely smaller than normal. But for the price, totally worth it.
