Mixed reviews

My husband, who had neck issues and needs small pillows, is able to use the pillow without issues. I on the other hand, suffer from migraines and haven't determined yet if it's the best pillow for me as I've only had one morning where I woke up without a headache.

NOT SOFT!!!

The “soft” pillow is not soft. It is firm! It doesn’t fit in a pillow case.

Think Im done with Macys

Honestly, after 3 "it's running late" I'd like to just cancel. Each email includes a new date. Tracking at UPS says they haven't even picked up the package. Not a problem except the new delivery time is the next day. Of which it's day 9 and still not here. I'm ok if you just say it's not coming rather than moving that carrot out again and again.

I can’t really judge since I haven’t even received it. After it said it shipped no other updates. My suggestion is do not ask for a review without knowing if it has even been delivered.
