Be warned : Different display packaging

As a collectible it’s odd to not have a clear cover so people can SEE the doll in the box on display. Also the doll does not look enough like Goodall versus any other generic blond Barbie. I love that Jane Goodall was chosen and the accessories help distinguish doll as her.

I Had High Hopes

I was so excited Mattel was going to make a Jane Goodall doll. Then I saw it. I know everyone was young once, but I at least wanted her to look like an adult & more like Jane Goodall. Mattel has more accurate face-molds, but hesitates to use them. Sometimes they get resemblances spot on, but sometimes not.

My first Barbie in decades

Absolutely love this Barbie. The moment I saw it I wanted it and was so excited to receive it as an early Christmas present. Great to see such an inspirational woman honoured with her own Barbie.

Jane Goodall Barbie

Just got mine today. Beautiful packaging. I absolutely love her. I’m definitely going to buy the entire series. This one is sold out everywhere! This is going to be a collectors item. Not coming out of the box.

Sweet idea

Ive always been a fan of Jane goodall's work and an avid barbie collector so I was delighted to get this. I like that the stand comes with it too. Only criticism is I wish both the doll and the chimp had better articulation.
