Cute shoes but they hurt my feet

These shoes are cute but my heel was very sore after wearing them for a few hours. I have another brand of shoes in several colors and they are very comfortable, so I was disappointed. The heel of the shoe is very stiff.

Great travel shoe

I have been walking a latin American city for a week in these shoes. Comfortable on cobblestones & uneven sidewalks. Good looking and my feet do no get too hot. Wish more colors were available in this style.

Fantastic

These are awesome shoes. Minimal break in time as they feel tight when you first put on, but they settle throughout the day.

Very unhappy

When placed the order specifically stated needed white tie up shoes in an 11 WIDE. Had the order taker repeat the fact that it was an11 WIDE 3 times. Opened the box to find an 11 Medium. Would not fit on my foot at all. Very unhappy with the Dr Scholls company. Have been using your shoes for years and now am told that you no longer make a white tie up size 11 in a wide, large people don't need white shoes.
