Looks decent but not a long-term solution

Unfortunately there were no reviews when I bought this. We just put it together this weekend and I came back here to find out how much I paid for it. Mainly it looks good, one of the front facing pieces is short, so there's a gap between it and the top of the bookcase. It went together easily and the directions are clear. I also now see a 25# rating for each shelf that, had I seen it before, would have kept me from purchasing. They are in my laundry room and were to hold dog food, so I will have to think hard about how much I put on each shelf. I would probably think to do that anyway as it is pretty lightweight and not a terribly solid piece of furniture. It will do for now, but I don't see it lasting very long.

Shelves ae buckling.

The shelves are buckling under the weight of books. Totally unexpected and disappointing.

Poor quality

Very poor quality. Some of the screws didn't fit properly so I had to return.
