Terrible..lumpy ...stiff

This mattress pad is lumpy and feels like cardboard under the sheets. It is also short and did not fully cover the surface of my queen bed even after much tugging. I did allow it to flatten out for a week but it didn’t help. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this item which is highly priced!

So Comfortable

I have a bed that is fairly new but proved to be too soft. I bought this with the hopes that it would firm it up, and it did. So pleased. I have no aches or pain when I wake up and feel fully rested. Grab it during f&f for the extra discount! Highly recommend for beds that are too soft.

Didn't work for me

Based on the reviews here I went ahead and bought this. The product is high quality, no doubt about that and it was on sale. I put on my bed and it felt firmer than expected but I put another mattress pad on top. I too have back and hip issues. The next morning they felt worse..Unfortunately, I had to return the product otherwise I'd give this product a 5 *****
