Poor Quality Led To Wardrobe Malfunction

I was so excited when I tried this on because the cups were soft enough but also held up well, the bodice wasn't itchy, and the straps were beautiful. I figured this piece would last long and withstand many washes. However, the first time I wore this, I had a wardrobe malfunction as in the chain straps fell apart...while I was at work! I literally had to paperclip them in place (under my top) and that didn't last either. I'm going to have to buy extra elastic now and try to salvage this. I'm so disappointed.
