Beautiful dress with perfect fitting! Good quality, true to size and beautifully made! Wish that I can upload pictures but this dress is everything! Got a lot of compliments!

It’s impossible to get a refund when you return it

This dress is a poor fit- made for tall women with narrow bottom part and large top. I returned it immediately. It has been 2 weeks since they received the dress back. Today still no signs of a refund. Multiple calls to customer service did nothing. They told me that I have to wait yet another 10 business days! Meanwhile my Macy’s Credit Card reflects this amount and it’s due now! How is that for an excellent Macys customer service? Do not buy from them- they don’t keep they promise of 3-5 business days refund process time.
