Bed not usable in 4 months and counting

Purchased bed in February, movers tried to assemble in March only to learn it was missing side panels. Phoned sales agent, she attempted to locate with no luck. Manager offered the option of a refund if i returned the bed to store. Here’s my.dilemma. After purchasing the floor sample and paying for an independent delivery, it would equal the purchase price to pay to return the bed. So, I shopped around until I found another bed and ordered the side panels. I paid to have them delivered and assembled. They were delivered without hardware. Delivery men reported the issue. We’re now waiting up till 6 weeks to have the hardware delivered and only then May I phone to arrange for assembly. So, I may have the bed that I purchased in February by fall, not to mention the extra cost. Very dissatisfied.
