Clumpy, smells odd, doesn't clean or rinse

I do not know what is wrong with this product, but it is clumpy, smells odd, doesn't clean or rinse well, and left weird white clumps in my hair that I had to use a different shampoo to wash out. Such a waste of money! Liquid Glass is a million times better; wish I had stuck with it.

Super thick white clumps, so thick it squeezed the top plastic part off while trying to squeeze it into my hand. Have to pick it out of my wet hair when I get out of the shower

The product is awful. It looks like chunky spoiled milk. It was very difficult to dispense because of the consistency. I'm thinking something happened to the product but will not buy this again.

Wanted to love it…

I can’t get past the weird consistency of the product. First, it’s really hard to get out of the bottle. Second, am I the only one that does not like the weird little globs of whatever it is that’s in the shampoo? They don’t dissolve nor does it lather very well. Third, the smell. Don’t really like it. I did love the results. My hair felt great. Used it a few times but I can’t deal with how weird it is. I really like liquid glass but that shampoo was a little drying on my hair. I thought this was the answer but unfortunately it isn’t. :(

Defective maybe? No lather and leaves pieces of plastic

I think I have a defective bottle. It is leaving big pieces of residue in after using, and there’s no lather at all

The original purchase that I made of the same shampoo was defected. I emailed them back because the replacement was defective as well. I still have not heard any response in resolving this solution. If need be I can send both bottles back to you that you replaced that are defective

Smells like vacation in a bottle!

Perfectly hydrating without weighing down my long, straight hair. Love the beachy coconut scent.
