Good and so so
Overall it is a good vacuum. Excellent on carpet. It is a bit quirky which could be improved with better software. The battery life is not that good.

We purchased the vacuum because I was having shoulder surgery and we have three dogs and I was going to be unable to vacuum. The vacuum has done a really good job picking up all of the dog hair and the mapping works really good. We are very happy with the purchase.

It gets lost trying to find the charging dock
Overall it does a decent job for a robot vacuum but the robot has a hard time finding and returning to the dock.

Not good for pet hair
This vacuum is not good for pet hair. It’s wads pet hair into balls and leaves the all over the home, especially on carpet. Each room ends up with 5-10 large hair balls every other day, and I only have one dog.

Excellent but Rosie gets lost at time and I have to search for her. it is hard to map it at first I have to map a different floor so that might be a problem lol

Dyson 360 Navigation
I bought this vacuum around a month ago. The device itself works great: it's quiet, powerful, and exceptional from that standpoint. However, the navigation needs some work. It is constantly not finding the dock after finishing, it roams around with trying to dock message, and the only way to fix it is to unplug the base from the wall and plug it back in. It will then work again until I have to repeat that process several days. The software doesn't see as mature as other robot vacuums.
