WOW!

I received the new Dyson last week and have been very impressed. It isn’t as light as I expected, but it’s very easy to navigate. I am amazed at how much it picked up...in a very short amount of time. Love the product!

Sucks hair like a pro

I bought this for our always shedding black lab. I kid you not, after the first vaccuum our carpet was considerably lighter, almost new! Great suction and mobs easily in thick carpet. Love it!

Love this machine and its upholstery attachment

This is a great vacuum. Easy to use and empty. The upholstery attachment is better than any other I have ever used and removes pet hair quickly. Based on my experience with this Dyson product, I am definitely interested in more.

Love it

My last Dyson lasted 12 years, this model is a little bit lighter with the same great performance. We have two cats and it’s amazing what it picks up.

Cheap

Heavy, hard to maneuver other than in a straight line, suction not as good as Hoover or Eureka vacuum cleaners I have owned. Dirt cup fills quickly because only to goes to front of cup not back. Gross to handle dirt and dust to empty container. Bags r cleaner and easier. Ball gets in way so can’t get under furniture at all. Heavy to carry upstairs and handle at top awkward and unbalanced to carry. Some attachments r on the vacuum some are not. Entire vacuum made of plastic feels like will break easily, especially the handle and dirt cup. used it twice so far, not impressed.

There should be no need to touch the dirt when emptying as it drives out dust and debris in one action. The hose on the canister model is about 6 feet. The ball of the vacuum shouldn't need to go under furniture.

Also, please rest assured, Dyson machines are made from polycarbonate ABS which is the same material used in riot shields and crash helmets. We subject them to 50,000 hours of testing and 550 individual tests. All of this to ensure they can withstand a lifetime's hard use.

Love my Dyson

I love Dyson products, that's all I will buy. I have pets and this vacuum is a godsend. Picks up the finest dirt and all the hair. It's easy to maneuver, lightweight and powerful. I would definitely recommend this vacuum!

Heavier than my old Dyson

Once I got used to the weight, I have been more than happy with this vacuum! The suction is unlike any other. Note: I have a hypoallergenic dog and after using the vacuum for a year it puts off an awful dog smell while using it (despite cleaning it).

Worst product ever received!

I just received my shipment and the box came looking destroyed. Like someone opened it previously! then when i did open it I pulled the plastic off and the vacuum was cracked and used already! There was dust inside! Like if someone had already used it and then returned the item! NEVER again am I buying anything from DYSON. I will take this as a sign as to stay away from Dyson products.
