Great vacuum cleaner, the best I've had.
I bought my Dyson complete 7 months ago & wouldn't be without it, great cleaning machine, carpets look better in between vacuuming. The weight is a little heavy but I've got used to that.

Still Evsluating the Unit…
2 weeks old. Does not appear to pick up as much dirt as our dependable Dyson cored cleaner by the small amount of dirt found in this cordless one! What concerns me though are the batteries. If left uncharged and they bleed out, can thet]y “Brick-Up” like my EV bicycle battery did one winter?

I Love the two batteries. I've owed two Dysons before and that was my only complaint. This new Dyson is much heavier and Im about worn out vacuuming my carpets. I've raised up the head and had to put it on EGo so it's a little easier. I just wish it was easier to vacuum carpets and it was lighter.

I was looking for parts for my old Dyson cause I thought mine was good, But I broke down and bought a new one. Glad I did. Wow it sucks

Harder to push
I have the outsize model just before this one and like it much better. This one is much harder to push across carpet and seems more difficult to get off the charger. If I could return it I would for the previous model

Good vacuum, if it comes without defects.
Came with a defective bin that was stuck on. Dyson support sent a new one, but since the old one was unable to be removed the new bin was useless. When told Dyson support about this they tried to make me pay for a replacement main unit. I was eventually able to get them to give it to me for free, but I don’t feel I should have to fight for Dyson to honor their warranty. I have always bought Dyson in the past but this has made me a little hesitant to use them in the future.
