Plugged in overnight in a working outlet. Light comes on charger and scooter but even push starting the scooter it will not charge

Never worked after charging
Had the thing charging for a while and it didn't work and now the charger won't go all the way into the scooter

This product needs to be pushed kicked up to 3 mph before the motor will engage. If you are still having issues charging your unit, please call us at 866-467-2967 Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm PST.
Piece of Junk
My 7 yr old son won this scooter by finding a " golden egg" at an Easter Egg Hunt this weekend for my company. We charged it for the recommended 12 hours and he used it for about 30 minutes and it quit working. We thought it died so we plugged it in for a few hours until the light was green to indicate a full charge. He took it outside to try riding it again and it still won't work. We followed all the troubleshooting steps in the manual and still nothing. My sons excitement has now turned to heartbreak. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

We are sorry to hear the unit is not working. This product must be in motion up to 3 mph before the motor will engage. If you are riding the scooter and the motor does not engage please call our Support team M-F 8 am to 5 pm pst at 866-467-2967 for assistance.
Great while it worked!
Purchased in April and by August it has already stopped working. Always stored out the weather and taken care of only to quit with no warning.
