Poor quality heel.

These shoes are adorable and comfortable, BUT the backs of both heels wore completely off the first time I drove my car with them on. The heel wrapped with a poor quality, soft tape like cover that wears right off easily.

Quality looking shoe

Good quality shoe. The back did not quite fit correctly on my foot; it would slightly slip off when I was walking. So I had to return them but overall, I really liked the look and feel of the shoe.
